The contents of our website were created with the utmost care. However, we reserve the right not to be responsible for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents provided.

According to §6 paragraph 1 MDStV, §8 paragraph TDG and the General Law we, as a service provider, are responsible for our own contents on this site. But service providers are neither obligated to supervise the transmitted or saved information nor to search for clues for illegal actions. Obligations to remove information or to block the usage of information according to the General Law stay untouched by this.
A liability is not possible until the notice of a concrete infringement. If we notice such infringements, we will immediately remove respective contents.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, whose contents we have no influence on. We do not assume any responsibility for those external contents. It is always the respective provider or operator who is in charge of the contents of linked websites. At the time of linking the linked sites were examined for potential infringements and illegal contents were not noticeable. If there are any personal data collected (e.g. name, address or e-mail address), it will take place on a voluntary basis. The use of all offered services is always permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data.

The use of published contact data by third parties for marketing purposes and sending information materials, which were not explicitly demanded, is illegal.
In case of unsolicited submissions of unwanted advertising and information materials like spam messages, the operator of the site reserves the right of taking legal measures.
